Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to ensure our customers have flexibility when it comes to their event attendance. Please review our cancellation policy below: 1. **Refund Eligibility**: Bookings are fully refundable within 24 hours of booking. Afterwards their is a non-refundable amount of $250 up to 30 days prior to your booking date. The booking is non-refundable within 30 days of your event. 2. **Request Process**: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Requests must be submitted in writing via email. 3. **Refund Processing**: Once your cancellation is processed, you will receive your refund back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account. 4. **Late Cancellation**: If a cancellation request is received less than 30 days before the event, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. 5. **Exceptions**: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or major emergencies, we may provide exceptions to this policy at our discretion.
